Summary

Cross Road Medical Center is seeking a CEO who holds a BS or higher preferably in health care administration.  Experience in administration preferred.  Applicants should sustain collaborative relationships among medical staff, community, and other human service agencies to optimize customer-oriented, quality-focused clinical services, while operating within fiscally responsible business plans for ambulatory underserved public clients. 

Qualifications

Have a thorough knowledge of the fundamentals of medical clinic organization and administration, standards, regulations and laws applicable to the operation of a FQHC.  Have a working knowledge of personnel, business administration, purchasing, public relations, mechanics, dietary, psychiatry, pharmacy, nursing and functions of all departments.  Be able to apply principles of personnel administration to selection, placement and transfer of employees. 

 

Environment

Cross Road Medical Center is a faith-based FQHC which provides primary care and urgent care to the residents of the Copper River Basin in Glennallen, Alaska.
