Individual Membership
Why become a member of CCHF? Each member receives Health &
Development/The Apprentice, the quarterly publication (The Apprentice
is directed especially to students), and updates by mail on the
latest news of CCHF. Members can place two free advertisements
each year in the "Synapse" section of Health & Development.
This column seeks to connect Christian health professionals looking
for a place to live out their commitment with places where their
services are needed. Members also receive a discount at the national
conference.
Individual membership in CCHF is $50 per year. Student membership
is free for the first year and $15 per year after that. Please
fill out the individual membership application below.
If you decide that you want to join CCHF and would like to do
so using a Visa/MC you can do so by following this link to the

Payment Center and choosing Membership
Fees. You can also pay by check. Please print
the completed form below before submitting it and mail it with
your check payable to CCHF(students are free for the first
year) to CCHF, P.O. Box 23429, Chicago, IL 60623. First time students
can fill out the application below and click on the "Submit"
button provided below.
