Church Health Scholars Program

Our Church Health Scholars program educates emerging leaders while providing a unique opportunity to serve people in need. We train recent college graduates in their area of interest and introduce them to the larger faith-and-health issues through an intensive, year-long immersion in the challenges facing Memphis. By encouraging, teaching and supporting our scholars, we aim to create a more compassionate, effective healthcare system for everyone.

Do you want to learn about dental, spiritual, administrative or medical service in a Christian health center? Do you want to devote your life to service to others but are unsure what that may look like? Exposure to a Christian service organization showed our Executive Director how he could make a difference in the city of Detroit. Now, Covenant Community Care wants to give up to six students a chance to experience and explore a career in workplace ministry.  We have a limited number of paid positions for our Summer of Service Christian Ministry Internship. The criteria are simple, the application is attached, and the possibilities are endless. See our story on our website.
