Tell us about God's specific call on your life for the gospel and care for the poor.
My call is to listen and respond (with the Love of Christ) to the pain in our community. Proximity is everything!
How has being involved in CCHF impacted your life?
I went to my first CCHF Conference in 2013. Prior to attending, I heard how electrifying and encouraging the conference would be and, to say the least, the conference completely exceeded all of my expectations. CCHF has provided me with a network of Christ followers who are thinking about and integrating faith and medicine every day.
What is your life verse?
“For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength” (Philippians 4:13 NLT).
Tell us about your family.
I have a beautiful wife, Jackie, who is a Registered Nurse and Administrator in Transplant Care. We are blessed with two daughters: Jaylah and Janay. Jaylah holds a Master’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Missouri. Janay is a student at Illinois State University. There is nothing like an evening out with Jackie and the girls - indulging in wings and pizza (Don’t judge us...Lol).
